At ServiceNow, I launched four products 0-to-1 across five years — from incident response tooling to a platform-wide AI data governance layer. At Atlassian, I owned the AI and analytics portfolio for JSM, including Rovo Service Request Resolution — the company’s flagship agentic AI capability.
